NEW BLOG!!!

Hey all. I started a new blog, http://millerimages.tumblr.com.

I like the way the layout is edited, and I also just wanted to start over with my blog, being more selective with images.

I'm also working on a main web site (www.MeganMillerImages.com) right now, so I want the site and my blog to go together better, and a tumblr blog will be easier to use to make that happen.

Check out the new blog and the first post. The photos I posted are going to be one section of the new main site, comments and crit appreciated!

I processed some of my own film for the first time recently. This was on the roll. Funny that the same day I did this, and had my mind reeling on how/where/when I could build my own darkroom, I heard of the new Canon 5D Mark II coming out. It's cool... I shoot Nikon anyway...

A lot of times when I'm taking pictures I stop and turn around.  Look in the opposite direction of the action.  Look behind me, at the quiet I've been ignoring.  Take at least one frame. This particular time I was staring at the Cloud Gates, or the giant reflective bean in Millennium Park in Chicago.  The dancing light could keep anyones eyes busy.  But, I have this habit, so I turned around and saw a single white carnation stuck in the ground near a bench.  It had a note.
